Seaside House

Upon arriving at Seaside House I saw the beautiful view and thought of it as nothing more than a vacation and place to clean out for a couple months but, in the ensuing weeks I learned that Seaside offered much more than this. During my tenure at seaside I was able to grow not only as person but also in my sobriety. Through the help of my peers, counselors, and staff I found that I could have a fantastic life sober, something I did not think was possible. After graduating seaside they provided me with a plan and set me up with an aftercare program to help me continue my sobriety out of the house. Nine months after leaving the house I still regularly visit,spend time with the residents, and continue to attend alumni groups. I would highly recommend seaside to anyone trying to get sober and struggling with the idea of how to not live without drugs or alcohol.

Seaside gave me just what I needed. After struggling to find treatment for my drug and alcohol addiction, a friend told me about Seaside. Upon my admission, I received comprehensive treatment. The dedicated staff (i.e., Resident managers, therapists, management, etc.); the picturesque setting on the ICW in Jupiter, Florida; the tight-knit community of my housemates that to this day are part of my support-network; the guidance taught to me here on how live life sober and happy is an unparalleled gift that I cherish everyday. Truthfully, this list could go on and on. Today, as I am coming up on two years of sobriety, I couldn't imagine my life looking like it is today without this place.

The clients that I have met who have graduated the seaside program all express their gratitude of what the program did for them. I personally know some of the staff and they are great people who genuinely care about each individual in the program. This is the only house in Florida that I would recommend.
