I reclaimed an abused cat from a friend, This cat was abused and neglected, they were told not to let anyone know she was there, she was two years old and had never been to a vet in her life. WHEN HE CALLED LOOKING FOR HER THEY TURNED HER BACK OVER TO HIM. The vets were shown her environment and still turned her over to him.
(March 21, 2021, 8:40 pm)We took our 19 yr old kitty in for a checkup as she was not eating normally. Even though we were not regular customers, they treated us as if we had been coming to them all along. We learned that our kitty was very ill and was in kidney failure. They were very supportive. When we had to make the difficult decision they were there for us. They treated us like family. I cannot say enough to praise the doctor and staff for their compassion in our time of grief.
