(March 12, 2020, 5:43 am)I moved from Jupiter to Stuart 3 years ago and first used Crown Car Care’s Stuart location for an oil change on my 2010 Ford Escape. I now live in Port St. Lucie but I continue making the drive down to Crown because they are that good and that trustworthy. Mike Fiorenza, who manages the Stuart location, is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all trustworthy. Many thanks to Mike and his outstanding staff for taking care of my emergency and getting me back on the road in short order. Forever grateful!
(February 25, 2020, 7:53 am)Had an issue with my Tow Dolly. It came off the hitch due to some bolts being left loose at a repair shop. I had minimal tools with me, but did get them a little tighter. Went to 3 places before I was directed to Crown Car Care. Todd understood I was traveling and could not leave it, but needed help now. He immediately talked with his technician, Rick, and the 2 of them replaced the bolts, rewired my broken light cord and had me back on the road in a little more than an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and concern for my situation. Thanks to both Todd and Rick.

Not only was Todd overly honest and open about present and future options, the staff members were also with warm friendly service.
