Bassey Eden the General manager is the best there is. Very helpful, very responsive. Honest, on top of everything and genuine. Wouldn’t recommend any other facility but the one he is at. This is my first time rental at any storage facility.

This is a great storage spot. The gentleman that helped me was Bassey. Very helpful and understood my needs. Got me into a unit and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend renting a unit here. Very clean. Really a nice place

This was a very easy rental process. Bassey explained the process, the prices, and cancellation terms very clearly. He even pointed out the best deal of the pricing choices. I would recommend Extra Space to any family member or friend.

We rented space during the hectic holiday time, but Michelle made EVERYTHING go very smoothly. After I spoke to her on the phone, I could not wait to meet her. She is the main reason we rented! She provided very helpful information to help us decide the size of unit we needed, and when we arrived with our stuff at 8pm on a cold December night, she had everything ready for us. Our unit was clean, and she had the lock and info in our unit. We had no issues at all. It is a very clean, well-organized facility. Michelle is outstanding!

Nice customer service there. Manger super friendly and is very professional. Bathrooms could use fixing and major cleaning. Nice coffee bar and it's fresh too. Pizza tastes pretty good. Plenty of great food items to choose from. Beverages a little too steep considering all the competitors around charge 0.79 cents for any size. I give it a four star because the store could use a good cleaning. Other than that I really don't have problems.
