(January 6, 2020, 6:29 pm)One day I thought that having a life coach sounded like a good idea. I started working with Brittany, and I had no idea what a blessing she would be to my life. I partook in her Enlightened and Empowered program and looked forward to her emails and videos, and especially our in person meetings. She helped me reframe a lifetime of negative thought patterns that I had worked so hard to do on my own (and in therapy) but I wasn't successful until I received her help. She is a coach, mentor, therapist, sister, and friend all in one beautiful and powerful package!

(October 10, 2019, 4:21 pm)Brittany is such an amazing trainer and coach! She's attentive, caring and is passionate about helping you succeed! My absolute favorite thing about Brittany is that she taught me how to feel good about my body and myself without feeling like I have to restrict or deprive myself. She teaches you how to easily incorporate LASTING changes into your lifestyle! I couldn't ask for a better health coach and human being!

Me and my wife are truly grateful for her support in our health and fitness. She is a nurse as well with 10+ years of experience and is driven with passion to help achieve a better you mentally, physically and spiritually.

Unlike most personal trainers who can be very critical and demanding, Brittany is very encouraging and always wants you to do your absolute best. Even when I felt like giving up sometimes, she always kept me motivated. In the six months I worked with her, I've gone from a very sedentary lifestyle to someone who now exercises 6x a week! Definitely recommend her!
