The guy's knowledge base is off the charts. Anyway, the day of the job, Austin shows up with the actual techs that will do the work (Sean and James) just to go over the scope of work and make sure everyone is on the same page. Them Austin left and the guys got to work. They spent most of the day at my house and took care of everything I wanted done. Even managed to do things I didn't even mention. All the extra things that absolutely needed doing only proved that these guys know what they're doing. Very detail oriented and I appreciated that. In the end, I not only got everything done that I wanted but also a number of things that even I would have overlooked. I would absolute recommend The Experts!
