“Staying here was truly a 5 star experience! The staff really makes an effort to go out of the way to make your experience as relaxing as it can be. No request is too big for them or too small. For starters they let us check in early and check out late. No questions asked and no extra charges. I was amazed how they pay attention to the small details. They even had complimentary toothpaste, hair care and baby shampoos for our little one. Needless to say the rooms were meticulously clean and serviced twice a day. They also offer a complimentary house car which we put to good use during our stay. In summary we really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton Bell Harbor and whenever we visit Miami Beach again we will definitely stay here again!”

The facialist was knowledgeable and my skin looked nice afterwards. I will visit again and consider joining their monthly spa package. I think the price is reasonable for such quality.”
