Michael is an artist in his own right. I don’t think anyone knows Pinecrest real-estate better than Michael Martinez. He is truly a professional high-end realtor and yet a humble individual who makes you feel very comfortable. Immediately, we felt we were in good hands.
When we decided to ask Michael for his professional opinion(s) on what we may need to be done to sell our newly built home within a tight timeline, Michael never balked. He did a walk-through on the property and then immediately started to make recommendations as to what we needed to add or change to give the house a WOW experience upon walking through the front door. His comments never diminished the work we have done and always told us that he will be able to sale the house quickly.
Michael has a clear understanding of the market and he is an expert in matching buyer’s needs with those of the seller. Based on his vast experience, he recommended a staging company he worked with in the past, and the results were fabulous. He also produced a high-resolution video tour to increase the market reach.
