Terrific experience and one of the best dealerships I've ever been to! We worked with Ray Belliard (Salesman) as well as Alan Murasso and Gabriel Palacios (Finance Managers). From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were treated like friends and not freshmeat or easy money (even if we were)! There were plenty of cars to look at, and the sales team made friendly conversations throughout the process! They take all the time you need to work with you, and there's no judgment based on your budget, what you look like, or what you're trading in. We came in with a nearly impossible request to trade in our leased Honda HRV that we still owed $8,000 on and wanted a new Mazda without a larger monthly payment. Ray was respectful of our request and tried his best to make it happen, even though, in hindsight, I realize it was impossible, haha. We spent nearly all day Labor Day working with Ray to make a deal, but my wife and I couldn't reach a consensus and eventually told him we would need to think about it and come back. Even after all the time he spent with us, he was never pushy and didn't pressure us into making the deal that night. In the end, we came back the next day and purchased a 2020 CX-30 that we're more than happy with.
