Good attention.
The service that East Coast Transportation provides to their patients is the BEST. I don't have any complaint. They are very reliable and their drivers are all super nice. They are always on time and the company always call me ahead of time to let me know when and what time their drivers will be picking me up.
In addition, their drivers always call me the day of my appointment to let me know their estimated time of arrival (ETA). Also, they always pick me up on time, when I am done at my appointment place to take me back home.
I se the way the drivers treat al the patients riding the bus with me and their treatment is always very professional and courteous, especially with the third generation people.
I have thus far a very good experience with this transportation company.
