I’ve been using V Gel for about 7 months consistently during my workouts mainly. And when I don’t forget during the day for at least 4-6 hrs and then again when I work out in the evening. I started at a Large and have now gone down to a medium down 2 notches on a medium belt. My goal is to eventually go down to a Small. Your product is amazing and everyone needs to know about it❤️❤️❤️
