I eat there at least once a week because my body will legit start craving Sokai. 100% recommended. Keep in mind this is not fast food and at times it could be busy, so expect to wait some time for your food to be ready. The wait is worth it, trust me!”

“I have tried this restaurant a handful of times and there is definitely a consistency in quality, I usually have have the mix platter and it is good every time. My only complain is that portions tend to vary from order to order and the price is really steep, I get it is located in Doral and the rent is probably very expensive, but the restaurant is set up mostly as a take out and/or quick lunch eat-in.”

“Love this place. The front desk staff (all of them) are wonderful, helpful and always willing to help. Each instructor has their own amazing way they bring the Pilates to you. All instructors that I have had the privilege to get to know are great. Only tiny thing that would make my experience even better would be to place a small bench in the rest room to make getting changed (for work) much easier. Recently, I took my child to the Omega Learning® Center located at Doral, FL, and I noticed a great improvement in just a couple of weeks. They first analyzed which are my child’s weaknesses and then designed educational methods and strategic ways to overcome my child’s learning difficulties. Their teachers are inspiring and have to ability to grab the kids’ attention. I noticed an improvement on how my child answers homework and assignments by herself. “Wanted to try some cold pressed juice for a persistant cold. came here after sushi. They have some interesting smoothies and cold pressed drink. the yoda has dandelion which isnt common in cold pressed drinks. the add ons for the smoothies is also enticing. This is in the middle of Doral so its easy to find. The acai is cold so have to sip it slower. good stuff. They also sell bowls for food + the drinks I ordered. atmosphere is nice with flowery pillows. The store looks nice”

“I've been passing by the big F45 logo for a while now and I finally decide to give it a try and figure out what F45 means. F45 defined by them as Functional Training for 45 minutes. First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection”
