dr emma santinhas been a blessing,for years i had never had such and excellent doctor,he treats you as if you were his friend,he really listens to you,and explains very well about your illnesses and the procedure to follow,he takes his time late in the night and calls you in telehealth to tell you to tell you something urgent you should know,nobody does that ,she walks an extra mile for you,i am happy with her and now that i will cross at 65 she will continue to be my doctor for the medicaire,100% recommended including your office staff ,friendly and diligent.

I have never had anything good to say about doctors, as most of them will treat you and send you on your way. The process feels more like a chore that you don't really want to do. This is not the case with Dr. Santin. She shows actual concern for your wellbeing and will even scold you if you are not following your treatment. It is very hard to find a doctor that really cares as Dr. Santin does. Waiting time is a bit longer that what I would like, but the staff is very friendly, so the whole process is well worth the wait.

I showed up to my appointment with Dr. Santin and the staff was nice and treated me well. I felt comfortable in the waiting room despite covid and it was an overall great doctors visit.

This is hands down one of the best practices when it comes to customer service. The doctor will devote all their time to their patient and ensure that they are getting a full service. The doctor and workers are personable and will try everything to make to your experience better.

We met Dr Emma Santin at the hospital when my husband was admitted. She is a great and experience dr! Takes her time explaining and listens to every concerns you my have. Seen then she's our family Dr. I highly recommend Dr Emma Santin and her staff are professional and friendly!
