“I just moved in July 2022 using All My Son’s and I really appreciated the attitude of the 3 guys who helped us to move. JR was the absolute best. Extremely professional and kept the process going smoothly. I needed to move with 1 day notice and they were able to accommodate my request. I did have a poor experience with the agent who booked us over the phone because she was completely off on the price for the move and how many hours it would take. It ended up being way more than what I was quoted. Though I was not happy about this and shocked, the manager Luis was very responsive throughout the process and professional and did everything he could to help. All in all, the attitude of the movers made the experience still enjoyable. They definitely put their clients first and really just want you to leave happy with their service. “I have to agree with these reviewers as Residencia Marbella has taken care of my beloved mother for quite some time. The crew here taking care of the elderly is second to none and the ladies are friendly and VERY competent which seems to be a recurring theme the incompetence is assisted living facilities in Miami. Anyone thinking about assisted living facilities in Miami Lakes or Hialeah definitely set up an appointment with Maria Eugenia the owner and she will accommodate a date for you to tour this wonderful house located in a gated secured community. The residence is OVER 2000 sqft feet and the living room is very open and airy. I love the fact that you can not see the kitchen from the living room too because like this the patients are not distracted with whats going on when the staff is preparing their yummy nutritional meals. The place is SPOTLESS and by this I mean you cane at off the floor and rates are fair and reasonable as far as industry standards and norms are concerned. WORTH EVERY PENNY FOLKS! Great neighborhood, amazing staff, knowledgeable owner 5 stars”
