Visited this place just after 12 noon, and there was absolutely nobody there, only to be told the more expensive room was the only ones available because the others less expensive rooms were being cleaned and would not be ready for two hours. Who runs a motel that does not have rooms to rent instantly anything a client shows up? Someone was lying for sure and it was not me. How long does it take to clean one room out of the many dozen and have it ready to rent before noon?”

“My grandfather got rushed to the emergency room this morning. We went this afternoon to try and figure out what was going on. I was expecting a lot of push back but it ended up being a great experience. The security guard Jose Montge was so polite. He was very helpful and concerned. He really got us all the information and we were able to see him. The nurse was also very polite and gave us a lot of information. The facility itself was very clean and nice. I always liked this hospital.”

“I've been staying or living on and off a long time in Star Motel or other motel hotels on Okeechobee Rd...I conceived in this Motel and was pregnant here at a young age even worked at Stonewall Lounge while living here.The place is better than a trailer park and there are some really nice rooms and the owner whom I've known since a kid growing up in Miami Springs and playing in his house...really cares and goes above and beyond to help his people.Just don't burn the bridge with him and you will always have a place to stay on a cold night or hot day...provided you can put up with the Security Guard...lol and they have a room.”
