This review is late as I have moved to Atlanta but my family and I used Proterra for years. They successfully battled an ongoing issue we had with roaches, drain flies, worms, snakes and weavels. We are very clean people and kept a clean house and couldn't understand how to stop it. At one point I wanted to just light a match and move. Many companies wanted to just charge to spray but Proterra actually performed exclusion services AND was honest with us that there was possibly a broken pipe somewhere. We removed our kitchen cabinets and discovered the pipe from the dishwasher out to the main drain had broken within the wall and it had a literal nest of critters (DISGUSTING). We fixed that issue and the problem disappeared. Life savers! Aside from that huge win, their techs are the most professional honest and hardworking guys you can find. I have never trusted any service enough to allow them access to inside my home when I was not there and I can say 100% I would trust them.
The only con I ever experienced was always 100% front office related. Seems they had a time where they couldn't get consistent or dependable coverage with scheduling and mistakes were made and calls wouldn't be answered right away but they always return messages and before I moved it did seem the situation was remedied.
All in all, I wish I could have brought them with to Georgia! Wish you all much success in the future.
