Office staff are so friendly and listen to your concerns and needs. Doctor Baker is the best! He’s takes his time with patients and listens to you. He doesn’t ignore any of your concerns instead he’ll help you. Best PCM ever!

Finally, a PT and OT place where the staff genuinely cares about their patients. My 8 y/o son suffers from a rare and degenerative neurological condition that weakens his motor skills, balance and coordination. Kadel, Marlene, Ms. Lisa and the whole staff have treated my son and us with so much care and love. They go out of their way to ensure a fun and friendly environment that makes him want to do his daily therapy. Well worth the drive from anywhere to be treated so well.

ONE LAST THERAPY TREATMENT TO GO !

I entered the SPP Rehabilitation Facility two months ago in lots of pain, inflammation in both feet, surgery disfigurement on my right foot, permanent pin in my left big toe with severe scar tissue damage and infection, left knee brace, and a walker to guide my steps and control my equilibrium.

The SPP Rehabilitation was the third facility I was reaching upon seeking relief and having hope for a rememdy that would at least ease the pain and assure me of great progress. By the way - my insurance company referred me to this facility.

I called, went in for my assessment and I was lucky. SPP Rehabilitation saw potential in my healing, therapy sessions and I was assigned to a great Therapist. They started me off with 12 visits - and yes - I was hungry to start. I was approved for the 12 visits and met the most delightful Owner and Staff, as well as my Therapist (THERAPIST MARLENE HERRERA)

I was off to a slow start and by the end of those 12 visits, I was still in need of much intensed therapy. 12 visits had not been enough. THERAPIST MARLENE was a great encourager. I didn't lose hope because when I had my assessment, I was assured RELIEF. I was frustrated though and maybe a little scared because of past experiences from the first two therapy facilities.

Long story short (about time - huh)! The second assessment was by-passed because of the consistency of my sessions, the Therapist progress reports and her determination to reach the Facility's goal. THERAPIST MARLENE told me she and her Superior had discussed my case and decided that I needed 12 more visits. At the time I was told, 12 more visits seem so far away
Today I can't tell you what hurt where. Not only did I get the therapy, I was educated and was told how to do the therapy exercises and how to use the proper ointments and medications.

THERAPIST MARLENE and the SPP Rehabilitation Facility of Professionals will always be on the top of my list for whatever may seem the impossible. THEY ARE MY
