(November 2, 2019, 11:59 am)EXTREMELY helpful.... and FRIENDLY. They not only gave me a used bike box to ship a bicycle, but also helped me remove the pedals.... and this for a bike that was not bought from them. I wish we had bought it from them to support this kind of (not even customer) care.
And here's the kicker. I went to the store where the bike was purchased... ALSO on Key Biscayne... but they basically just told me to get lost when I asked about a used bike box. Wow... Big DIFFERENCE!
