I was completely immersed in my work(from home, as most, during this heartbreaking COVU-19 pandemic) and because I keep as much sunlight as possible coming in to brighten my day, both figuratively & physically, I had lost track of time. I had intended to order flowers for my Sister-in-Law for the Bday we would not be able to celebrate together in person, but it was 5:15 pm!!! On a hopeful whim, I called KB Florist to see if open & what was possible. Roxy, who promptly & enthusiastically answered, answering to my “are you still open?”, that yes, closing @ 5:30, but quickly followed by, “How can I help you?”. I explained my dilemma; she didn’t miss a beat, quickly offering to deliver after closing before U even asked! She wrapped, bow tied, wrote card & delivered by 6 PM!!! Actions speak louder than words indeed! Much continued success to KB Florist; special thank you to Roxy!!! ❤️🎉🌹🎉🎁
