Returned something a bit late. But they found I was a good member of their services and too the return which I ended up buying another item and got $5 off on a $40 purchase. Pretty good. And returns were awesome as was check out. Team effort.

Ordered a new Motorola modem online for in-store pickup. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. The modem is amazing fast to what I had before and I’m pleased with my new purchase at a reasonable price.

Went to Best Buy last night to buy an HDMI cable for my new TV and took a look at a couple sound systems while I was there. Reggie was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me some advice on systems and I went home to do some research of my own. I came back today to pick up a system, Reggie helped me out again and honestly the customer service was A+. Great guy, super patient and had answers for all my questions. This is going to be my new go to Best Buy.

Stopped by to get some camera related items.. they had everything I needed. Found some other interesting things.. nice store. Great staff.
