I had 3 sessions with Elke and she is wonderful. She really helps identify the root cause of any issue you’re having and then helps bring you clarity. I always leave our sessions feeling calm, confident and overall happy. I feel so much progress in my life.

Had a great experience coming to Elke! She's is sensitive to how you feel and has a knack for locating the areas and thought patterns where you are having difficulty. She is able to find solutions for clearing them up. If you find yourself having thoughts that are repetitive and difficult to shake off or dislodge, she can see through to the other side. She uses hypnosis, her words, her humor, honesty and different techniques to clear you up. I came out of my session without the thought encircling my brain 🧠. Couldn't believe it. Was shocked!😱 Can see this really helping people. I'm now taking other family members to her. Her therapy is great for anyone that needs to remove some unending thought loops.

I’ve been working with Elke for about 10 months. I chose to work with Elke as I was diagnosed with a some what rare stage four cancer.
I decided to look at my cancer as a gift and I knew there was something huge I had to learn and change in my life. My thought was to try Hypnotherapy, possibly bringing up past lives or deep-rooted trauma or beliefs that I needed to let go of in order to heal.
Elke was amazing. She would invite me to Go deep within by a visualization that completely relaxed me. I found her words were amazing they were soothing and soft. She helped me to paint the most amazing visions that led me to go to that deep rooted place which otherwise would have have been a bit uncomfortable or difficult.
She brought up things in a gentle way. Her clarity, words and her voice was so beautiful to me. Months later, I realized that she had even more amazing talent. I started working with her one on one with transformational breath work. she is phenomenal there. She knows what music to play, where to touch on the body what words to say and how to invite you to go deeper in your breath to bring up so much that is hidden. She is truly amazing at both. This is certainly her gift. I have found that I have a released so much, touched on some old wounding and a past life connected to this one. I also brought up some deep routed emotions that have really helped me to feel lighter and more aware of mind and body.
I continue to work with Elke as I know it is bringing me to a place to heal all levels of this cancer, mind, body and spirit.

Elke LITERALLY saved my life. I was a chronic stress overeater and no matter how hard I tried eventually would fail. I had a few sessions with Elke and it was like she could read my mind. Today I am down 35 lbs and food no longer has control of my life. After struggling with food ALL my life this amazing healer turned my life and health around. I am so thankful for Elke Kappner! I am a happy and grateful person but I was dealing with a significant loss. It was uncomfortable to deal with the emotions of this loss and I did not want to be involved in therapy for months and have to relive it. In one session Elke was able to heal me on so many levels. Elke’s healing ability and her therapeutic skills of transformational breathing were able to unblock the negative emotions that I had been dealing with.
