(April 8, 2020, 4:53 pm)Fannie is so beyond great! I've tried so many different groomers in Miami and nobody leaves my dog Lulu more neat and tidy than Fannie. I don't understand how she does it, but Lulu ends up look like cotton candy -- it's the CUTEST thing!!!
Fannie is so nice, polite, accommodating and, most importantly, she really knows what she is doing. She is so patient and always explains what she is doing next and why, which she knows I appreciate. Possibly my favorite thing about her service is how responsive she is when I have any questions. 100% my favorite groomer in Miami!
(October 15, 2019, 4:16 pm)Fannie is a terrific groomer. My 17-year-old male toy poodle needs special handling due to arthritis and chronic skin allergies. Fannie is extremely patient, gentle and caring with him. She always has his best interest in mind. He gets medicated baths and trims regularly and looks and feels amazing. He smells really good too.
