Finding a school that is attentive to special needs children, takes their needs into consideration, and still challenges them personally and academically can be hard to find. I'm happy to say that this school accomplishes all these goals. This school has classroom environments that will split children into higher-functioning and lower-functioning classrooms, provides them with a fair workload for homework, has electives for kids (like art, yoga, music class), communication with the main teacher is effective and straight-forward with an app to contact the teacher directly, etc.
When I was considering this school, I interviewed Dr. Berger and found that she was extremely well-informed about special needs children. She explained to me how the school challenges and helps children grow (such as when the timing is right, RBTs are eventually phased out once problematic behaviors are under control). Any time there has ever been an issue with my daughter, I'm informed about it right away and the school has a very pro-active approach in terms of its teaching as well as teaching children about social skills. The school has a very caring environment and is an excellent place to foster children's growth both academically and socially!
As an assistant being promoted to a lead teacher I must say that this has been the most caring and attentive school/job I have ever encountered. All of the staff are super caring, attentive, loving, passionate (I could go on) about what they do. I have never felt so supported in my teaching career the way I felt in this school. Ms. Gigi is one of the best, most loving, respectful, caring, attentive( again I could go on) directors I have ever worked with and for, followed by Ms. Amy, Dr.Berger, Ms. Janelle and all of the supporting staff. Unfortunately due to covid, I was furloughed but I will never forget all the great memories I had and all the growth I made because of this school. I will miss them dearly. This inclusive school is one of a kind for any child. It's a peaceful, proactive, protective, caring, loving, Attentive, and nurturing environment for children. If you're looking for a school or even a summer camp, this is the one!!
What an awesome experience my son had at the school. He learned who he was and discovered that he can do more than he felt he could do. CRF taught my son to have self confidence, respect and to trust himself. It also taught my son that his condition was not who he was. I loved the school so much and it taught us so much in the time we were there, that til this day we talk about it and thank Ms. LINDA, Gigi, Ms. Erika and all the staff who assisted us in getting him to believe in himself again. Thank you so much CRF.

Look no further, this is the place to take your child. This is not a daycare; its definitely a place if you want your child to excel academically. They involve the parents in your child's learning experience. We plan to keep our child here until 5th grade.
