Berkshire Coral Gables

The move here has been overwhelming. When I found this place I knew it was going to be a smooth transition. All the staff here is amazing especially Tracy, she has been so kind in assisting me with all of my questions, and even goes out of her way to ensure I am satisfied. The building is fairly new and is often always clean which to me is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Berkshire to anyone.

I’ve lived at Berkshire Coral Gables for about a month and so far am thrilled with my decision to live here. The building is exceptionally quiet (great for those working from home) and conveniently located near public transit, restaurants, gyms, and Merrick Park (one of the best shopping malls in Miami). The staff here is very responsive and friendly. The move-in process was seamless and I feel that the price of my rent is a terrific value for the size and condition of my apartment. The building has a variety of floor plan layouts to choose from and more square footage of any other building in the area at this price point. Im very happy to call Berkshire Coral Gables my home!

I wholeheartedly love this apartment. The building is maintained very well. This units are very spacious. The thoroughness of how everything is laid out is phenomenal. The team is so attentive and friendly especially Tracy! She took her time to make sure that I felt at home. She was extremely empathetic to my needs. After speaking with her I knew this place would be home, and it is. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I visited Berkshire Coral Gables last week and my visit was 10/10. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to move there because of my current lease length but it was truly a tremendous experience. Tracy was so kind and even brought a tape measurer on the tour so we could make sure that our furniture would fit. This is definitely the community for you.

We have rented at Berkshire for 2 years, and love it! The management is super responsive to any requests, and a pleasure to deal with, Alexis Quintana in particular has been amazing - extremely professional and responsive! The complex is constantly improving - new floors, new grills,, etc. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful, and kept spotless. Apartments are spacious and bright. Management tries very hard to make everyone feel "at home"!
