  I believe that a true martial artist must be physically fit. He or she must put into it what they want out. You must be willing to spar on the bag for at first for 1 minute 5 rounds to work your way up t 5 minute round 10 rounds. . Practice your balance, footwork because a man without footwork and balance is a horseman without a What? A horse. Strike hand elbows and the art of the foot. I worry so i just practice in a full length mirror, with a bag. or palm tree. As A child I was taught Okinawan martial karati, than some boxing, wing chun. I want to improve my kicking to mastery. I have been to many schools and they want to play sticky hand, or waste my time. When they can't intercept a strike. I want to learn it all and all over again. I have what it takes. belts are not the true measurement of the spiritual aspect. I am an old Gladiator that has went to schools when this wasn't popular. I fear there are going to be a bunch of children there. The teacher should've had street combat to understand that death is just another step of life. Until that is mastered I fear this school is another belt seller. We are all white belts because man is a spiritual being that is forever growing. Be the Aether of life (water)

  This is a great place to train, we train very hard and we learn many things. It is one of the best places I have ever trained at. We train really hard with Coach Herbert
