  This is a comfortable place to stay when on business or vacation in the area. The rooms are clean, parking is free, and wifi signal is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the beaches, parks, and businesses of Orange County. Moderately priced and a good choice.

  The front deskl gal (I think her name was Eliie) was professional, but not snobby.
  She was patient when we needed to go to the ATM in the middle of our check in, and she made sure that we understood the terrms of our 3 week rental. She gave us a beautiful room to boot!
  I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to deal with all the riffraff and partiers that usually frequent the cheaper hotels, but also don't want to pay astronomical prices. This hotel is a perfect marriage of luxury and economy. I cannot fail to mention that's it's just about snack dab in the middle of OC. Go to the right, you're at the beach in 15 minutes. Go to the left and your at Disneyland in 15 minutes. Thank you to all the staff at this Best Western!

  The hotel is in Westminster and near bus stops and a few stores. Walmart Grocery Store is located near the hotel as well. The hotel has pool open during COVID-19 currently. Nice room with fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The bed is comfortable. The sink leaked some water, and the water pressure is low in the shower. They have extra hand sanitizer bottles at the front desk and around outside the hotel rooms.

  The first room I stood at was nice. Until the batter for the door didn’t work and I wasn’t able to enter my room and the employee at the front desk gave me a new key card, but that didn’t work and they couldn’t help. Then I spoke to another employee, Jeff, and he went out of his way to help me and changed my room and opened the other room I was at and got all my stuff. He’s a very great guy and very helpful. Thank you very much!
