Ordered off the website and a technical error lost my order - called and spoke with the owner over a weekend who immediately found the issue and processed my order. The owner provided updates every step of the way, and I got my item two days later. This is why small businesses are awesome!

(October 15, 2021, 11:05 pm)I don’t normally leave comments but this was worth commenting. I stopped by to get recommendations because I work long hours and I’m constantly on my feet. The sales man, Nick, really helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and with his help I got the comfiest shoe everrrrrrr. Overall great customer service and Nick was really patient with my Indecisiveness. Definitely will recommend to my coworkers. 😁😁😁
