(August 17, 2018, 4:55 pm)I must admit when I first went in there I was getting a little upset. At first I thought I was getting sent from place to place just to get the run around.
But that wasn't the case at all. In fact once I went upstairs and came back down it was pretty quick after that. I think it took about fifteen minutes for my number and name to be called and after that it was a breeze. Not only was I able to apply for benefits and everyone was actually pretty nice and professional. I will definitely go back again just because I felt all my needs were met!
