I've been looking to replace my floor tiles for a long time and found the perfect floor tile at Brastile. I was concerned that i may have to wait for the tiles to come into stock which would delay my remodeling project. The customer service team were very quick to respond to my concerns and were very helpful and informative. They even offered to let me purchase what i needed and they would hold on to the stock until i could take delivery of them. In addition, the warehouse personnel were very friendly and professional.
