Love the building and community! Super nice and efficient building manager and maintenance. Building is also in a great location, walkable to Publix, a bunch of restaurants and the heart of Miami Shores. Thank you 😊 I’m having issues with the AC is my only problem.

Love my apartment and the neighborhood. Luisa, the property manager has always been very helpful. The building has changed dramatically with the new management and I see everyday improvements. Thanks for taking care of our homes!

I've been a resident of Biscayne Shores for a couple of months now and I absolutely love its location, my apartment its totally remodeled and I don't have any complains. It looks like they had some issues being short of personnel during this pandemic, but I personally went to talk to Luisa the new property manager and she was very helpful and it seems like everything is back on track now.... the property looks clean again!
