  “Steve is a busy man. I was initially very impatient. He conducted a water leak detection service. I had a leak under the floor of my home. Steve committed to fixing this leak without breaking my new marble floor. He assured me of his success. I asked for him to be there during work. He was hesitant. Steve squirmed a little and agreed. He said in this case, I had to wait one week for him to be personally available to be at my home working fir two consecutive days. After closely observing his work in progress I was skeptically questioning him. Steve is a master at his trade. He successfully bypassed the leaking pipe through my attic. No floors broken, and I got a $6,300.00 credit on my water bill. I doubted Steve. Plumbing is expensive. I’m very satisfied I got my money’s worth.”

  Steve of Dick Rosher Plumbing came out to do a leak detection on our house, our water bill was extremely high, they did an amazing job! They found the leak quick, very reasonably priced, they saved us a ton of money on our water Bill! We got the paper work and pictures we needed the next day!!! We will definitely use them again in the future, we couldn't recommend them enough!!! A++++

  Steve Davis of Rosher plumbing came through for my family after hurricane Irma swept through. He provided us with a generator so we wouldn't be left in the dark or lose what we had in the fridge. As if that wasn't enough to be thankful for, he really went over the top and provided us with an even larger generator enabling us the ability to run the air. We had resorted to cooling off in the car, and taking cold showers. Who knew this is what plumbers could do? I knew he was a standup guy with a reputable company. Years ago he recommended a tankless water heater, one that was more economical and energy efficient than the standard one we had that was leaking. The one he installed has paid for itself many times over. When we remodeled our kitchen he recommended and installed our new faucets. Most of all, we are thankful to him and his team of professionals for the times they have come quickly and worked their magic during plumbing emergencies, which homeowners with children are bound to have.

  Wow! Great work!!! My water bill had been increasing month by month and I suspected a leak. The first company that came out could not find it after a 1/2 day of searching. Dick Rosher Plumbing arrived with a team of 2. They located the leak in an hour. It was in the yard and a tree root pierced the water main. They dug up the ground and fixed the leak. They also did a full inspection of my house and fixed some minor toilet leaks. They then told me I could get a one-time leak credit from Miami Dade County. I took Steve's advice and received a $600 water bill credit. Great service!!!

  I had a great experience with Steve Davis from Rosher Plumbing and Leak Detection. Mr. Davis was able to detect the source of my leak when 2 previous Plumbers were unable to do so. He identified the exact source of the leak quickly and fixed the problem. He is very professional, prompt, quite thorough, and very fair. I am very happy with the work Mr. Davis did, and I would not hesitate to call upon him again.
