  Wendy is an amazing teacher, she is great with kids and adult students as well. She has such a big and deep knowledge and she makes every lesson interesting and fun. 5***** for Santbell Piano Studio!

  I genuinely believe the Google’s five star rating system does Santbell Piano a huge disservice. How is it that I can even quantify the life time value to a measly five stars?! I wish I could give it 500 stars. Life long enjoyment with the instrument was developed and an admiration for musical theory and history was instilled. I cannot thank Wendy enough.
  
  For the past few years while I was with Santbell and studying at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, I was able disconnect for the stresses of life with Wendy and the studio. I often find my wanting for next week’s lesson to happen already.
  
  Life long member of a Santbell Piano Studio. Absolutely priceless.

  I came to Santbell piano studios upon graduating with my bachelor’s from Harvard university. I had taken a few months off before beginning my job as a consultant, for the express purpose of developing my musicianship. I play guitar and sing, but I had virtually zero experience on the piano.
  
  I shared my goals with my teacher, Wendy— that I wanted to become comfortable on the piano, begin developing a repertoire, and strengthen my music reading abilities. Wendy guided me expertly to achieve all of these goals, adding her own invaluable insight as to the skills and knowledge she knew I would need and the order in which I should work on these.
  
  I was amazed to see how my reading skills and fluidity on the keys progressed with Wendy’s help. We burned through several beginner reading books quickly, Wendy’s enthusiastic teaching style keeping me motivated to practice and progress quickly, and moved on to pieces within a couple of months. She helped me develop my theory and technique in parallel, with an emphasis on scales and arpeggios and finger exercises such as those from Hanon—tailored to my particular development needs as a player—every week.
  
  Not only did my ability on the piano soar under Wendy’s instruction, but also notably, I developed a repertoire incorporating types of genres that I believe not many teachers can provide — Wendy taught me salsa, bossa nova, and blues/jazz, genres that because of their rhythmic and technical particularities can be challenging to teach. And yet, Wendy imparted a firm understanding of the fundamentals of each and led me through learning some great tunes.
  
  All this happened within the span of five months — now, getting ready to begin work, I am incredibly happy with how much I have progressed as a piano player in the past months with Wendy’s help. It must be mentioned that Wendy is a joy to work with — I always looked forward to class with her and her ever open, friendly, and encouraging demeanor. I highly recommend for anyone interested in developing their piano skills and musicianship to take lessons at Santbell piano studios!

  Wendy is an amazing teacher and wonderful person to learn from. She is incredible talented, smart and fun. It was my first time trying piano and in a few months I was amazed of my progress both reading and playing music. I feel lucky to have found Satnbell Studio and get a chance to learn from her fantastic experience!

  Friendly and high knowledge of piano methodology and practice.
  Efficiency and high quality to serve the students needs.
  My daughter enjoyed the lessons and learns a lot in a short period of time.
  High ability to accommodate the needs (lessons time, lessons plans, homework.. etc).
  Mrs. Wendy is s great person, so cooperative and very high standard of service and teaching.
  We are so lucky to have her as a teacher and a great friend.
