I would highly recommend All Points Claim Adjustor - James Coyne to represent anyone that wants to receive a fair settlement when dealing with Insurance Companies. Mr. Coyne was very professional, thorough, and identified all damage that should be covered by our insurance policy. Best of all-- he never wasted a minute of my time, followed-up on a regular basis and fought for every dollar that we were entitled to. He handled our Homeowners Claim from A to Z and helped us receive a FAR better settlement than we expected.

We experienced a water leak in our kitchen from a refrigerator line. Our insurance company had their "preferred" vendor come out to do the water extraction and mold mitigation. They did a 3 week dry out only to demo and tear out our cabinets, countertops and walls. I asked when an inspector would be coming out to inspect and assess the damages and was told it wasn't needed, they had photos from their remediation vendor. I tried contacting our desk adjuster multiple times with no response to voice-mail or emails. Something felt off.
