Jay provided us fantastic service. He replaced all of our crawl space entries with vents/custom screen doors. We are very pleased with the outcome. We previously had a flea problem from rodents getting under our house. We now feel confident this won’t happen again any time soon. Jay gave us great attention and got the job done super quickly. Cannot say enough good things about Jay and his crew. They were extremely professional and detailed throughout the termite tenting process from the initial quote (which was VERY fair), all the way to the "all clear." Jay is incredibly responsive to any and all questions, and he even assisted me in putting out some metaphorical fires with neighbor concerns that almost derailed us (I'm in a 4-unit townhouse -- so it was all or nothing). I would highly recommend you use BPM and Jay.
