Great facility. Over the month I used it I was very satisfied with the provided storage and services, Shay was very kind and helpful.

Today I called in to inquire about a drive up 10×30 they didn't have any in at this time, but Shay got my information to follow-up with me when one becomes available. Shay was very informative and polite. I would definitely recommend her for all your storage needs. Thanks Shay!!

Your female associate was very nice and friendly. She answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the prices and sizes of the units. She spoke plainly and very respectful towards me. I like how my unit is easy to get to. I would definitely recommend anybody to come to Storage Sense if they needed extra storage space. I'd give y'all 10⭐.

I researched online about their units first and even though I didn't reserve or rent one I received a call to check if they could help me in any kind of way. Very customer friendly and online rental is easy however the system seems to slow down at times. Overall great experience.

Excellent attention and customer service was provided by everyone in the Center. The premises are very clean and the staff is supportive and nice.

My mother received very good care while there and the administrative team , social worker and medicaid specialist were very helpfull and caring. Not until my mother entered another facility months later did I realize just how great the team at Palmetto is. Beatriz and Amy go above and beyond to help the patients and families with working through the system. They really care.
