This place is great! Excellent customer service from the check in window until the lab technician, don’t judge by bad reviews… it took me less than 10 minutes to do my blood work. 5 Stars ⭐️ to the amazing crew.

After reading all the reviews, i was ready to be rudely treated and to wait for a long time. I was surprisingly taken back at how nice the front desk was. If you have an appointment, the tablet in the waiting area will check you in by scanning the QR code given to you when you made your appointment online. My appointment was a bit later and i was fasting so i decided to check in earlier. My waiting time as you can see in the picture was very fast. Yes! Take this as not an every day thing, staff gets tired and as more people arrived the waiting time can be longer. So far, i have been here twice and i have been treated good. The place is cleaned and organized with the exception of the bathroom (it wasn't that bad, it had paper towels scattered on the floor), but there is only one bathroom so im pretty sure is due to patients being nasty. These places do not have a cleaning lady on site, they come once a day, clean and go, so you must take this into consideration. 🙄 The staff taking out your blood will not be cleaning the bathrooms. Overall i had a good experience.
