Breathe Pilates will literally boost your mood the moment you step into this lovely studio! The vibe is chill, nice, cleaner than clean and professional. Gretchen and Mahitha - knowledgable is an understatment;) Thank you both so much for helping me kickstart my pilates journey. My spin feels straighter and the energy is coming back! Not sure I would have had the courage if not for the Breathe Team. Thank you so much !!
(September 4, 2019, 7:27 am)I LOVE this Pilates Studio. Very professional studio, instructors are amazing and every class is different and tailored to the individual needs. The studio has a great vibe to recharge, is always spotless clean and has convenient parking on site.
(August 20, 2019, 9:40 pm)Breathe Pilates helped me gain my life back. The workouts help me strengthen all of the areas around my foot without putting pressure on my big toe (years of dance and sports = foot injury/ sesamoid pain). Pilates has helped in ways I never would’ve imagined. I’m pain free and surgery free which is amazing. Sesamoid pain is extremely misunderstood btw. Luckily I found this place.
I have learned so much from Gretchen and the entire staff at Breathe Pilates. They are patient and kind- a real joy in Miami... Awesome studio all around ...
Your body, mind and soul will thank you. (Have made the nicest friends here too which is a bonus ????)
(January 23, 2019, 10:14 am)Breathe Pilates has been a godsend. I have not felt this good, or move with as much freedom and confidence, in years. The studio is bright and clean, provides high quality equipment in a small class environment. There is personal attention by very qualified instructors who really care. I can’t say enough except THANK YOU!
