Love the way the training is setup, keeps you on track and feeling great at the end of every class. The coaches are very professional and knowledgeable, so you know you are in good hands. I really recommend this place to anyone that wants a small group training you will definitely benefit from Iceberg Training Center!

Professional experts welcome you daily, they are positive, full of energy and very respectful. I love the environment of the gym. The views of the windows on both sides of the gym are amazing. You enjoy the jockey ice arena on one side, jockey matches or players training. The windows of the other side of the gym face the 2nd ice arena, where figure skaters are training, or the young people are enjoying the ice while skating to the sound of music. Everywhere you look is inspiring to do exercise. There is an environment of action and sports everywhere you look.

Very professional trainers and team. Small classes so you feel like you have a personal trainer practically. The app makes it very easy to reserve your spot and pay for the classes. They do an assessment before you start so they know your past injuries and keep them in mind when doing the exercises, a very personalized approach. The space is very clean, organized and very well equipped.

Awesome place to work out! Routines are developed by a Physical Therapist and can be easily tailored to various skill and ability levels. There is lots of personal attention and it’s not uncommon to see parents and kids working out together! If you’re looking for a low key place to exercise, away from the crowded gyms, you need to check Iceberg Training center out! 💪

LOVE this facility! The coaches are great and very attentive. The facility is large and clean. It's not your typical "Miami" gym. You don't have to worry about getting injured or yelled at here.
