This family-run operation is dependable, fair and efficient. I walked in because of a palm got inside the front and A/C radiador, and everyone was courteous from beginning to end: mechanics, front desk attendant and owners.

I felt safe leaving my car with them, and they gave me upfront pricing. There was an honesty about their approach that reassured me that I wasn't being hosed for the repair.

This definitely was a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a repair specially if you have a Mercedes Benz. I hope I don't have to go back, but if something else were to happen to this car or future cars, they'd be at the top of my list.

There’s not enough stars for High Level. They have been amazing since day one. I will only come here because they’re honest, reasonable and do the job right. I feel it is a blessing to have found them. Ruben knows his craft and Mariela always has a smile and is willing to accommodate the client first. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

the best and most HONEST service you will EVER find... I wish i could give them 10 stars. I have taken my Mercedes and all my BMW's to them and everything has always come out awesome.
