Altis at Kendall Square

I recently moved in about a week and a half ago and I will say the attention was outstanding. Leonardo helped us move and was very attentive to our needs and helpful. The apt is beautiful and very modern. The amenities are great and I appreciate they have the gym open 24/7. I just have to make an appointment given COVID. Over all this it was a great experience and I’m grateful. Definitely recommend the community.

I just moved in 3 days ago that is why l am not giving it a 5 star yet it's on the way. Jorge Burgon one of the RESIDENT REP. at KENDAL SQUARE made my transaction very easy and stress free works very professional thank you Jorge! I feel I made the right choice of moving here. I really had fallen in love with this place. I keep visiting my family who lives here and management is always offering activities for the residents. They just had an amazing Holiday Party with Santa and the Grinch where all kids and grownups had a create time. I live in North Carolina but if I ever move to Miami, Altis will be definitively the option for me and my family.

I love Altis. This is my third year living here, and I can only say good things. Quiet, grounds always looking beautiful, parking available at all times, I can walk with my family in the boulevard and around the lake. Management and maintenance respond to request and concerns quickly. They are always making improvements like the pool furniture was recently replaced. I can't wait for the movie nights during the holidays. For me the location is perfect to go to work, and my kids are going to Kendall Square School inside the community.
