The only negative thing I can say the seating is limited. I came on Sunday and parking was great and averaged 1 hour and a half.. Definitely coming back again”

Due to the COVID pandemic and working from home I recently switched to Sudsies and I was SO impressed by their customer service and efficiency. The staff and management are true professionals and the consistency in their service is remarkable. Couple of things that stood out: 1. A warm and genuine greeting every time I entered the store, no matter who is behind the counter. 2. A personal note I received in my mailbox thanking me for their business. 3. The follow ups through text message and questions answers in no time! 4. A follow up call from the GM. Amazing work from the entire team and the management! Prices may be a little bit higher, but quality and service are so important, I used cheaper one in the past and lost many pants/shirts due to lack of care. Keep up the great work!! I am sure you guys will open more and more locations!”
