“All there employees here have been so wonderful. When I come in they are extremely polite abd speak to me like I’m a decent human being. Unlike other places I had been. When I have issues understanding how something works they even had a mechanic explain to me so that I had a better understanding of what was needing to be done. Josh and Chris there I have talk to the most and they have been nothing but good to me. Even went over my truck Maintance schedule from Freightliner to help me get the best performance and make truck last longer when I had questions to help me understand. I like it so much here that when had engine issues in Tennessee I had it towed over 300 miles to get truck to them even though there was a dealer less then 50 miles away.”

“I feel lucky that living in the PNW I get to find a lot of neat record stores in between Portland and Seattle. I loved stopping by this place while visiting family for the fact that they have a great selection of Latin music, particularly a good amount of vinyl. It's hard to find Latin music on vinyl and I really enjoyed that this store had a good selection! They have a great range of selection for Spanish language films as well. If you're in need of English language titles, they do have copies of different movies and a large vinyl selection as well so you can buy all sorts of records in one place. I read some reviews that mentioned people only speaking Spanish but the man and woman working there were bilingual and very helpful while I practiced speaking a little Spanish with them. Definitely recommended!”

“I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was. That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision. The next day, his crew came out and we couldn't be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.”
