  I'll be honest. There was a scheduling issue and things didn't materialize after I'd scheduled for someone to come and look at my broken dishwasher. The office manager, Paul, called me and arranged to remedy the issue. He fixed the problem and was gracious, professional, and helpful.

  The best appliance repair company in Miami hands down!! Professional, reliable and reasonably priced service. They don't up-sell and always give useful advice on how to use your appliances properly. I only trust Academic Appliance with my rental properties

  Highly recommended specially in Miami Beach where usually u get the worst possible service !! My fridge just stop cooling, I called Academic Appliance Repair and with a couple of hours they sent a technician. The guy was very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the fridge right away (he even had spare part for my old refrigerator!). Professional, clean, fast and efficient service with a fair price ! Definitely will call them again .

  They came out less than an hour after i called for an urgent refrigerator repair. The tech was knowledgable, professional and fast. He was able to fix my fridge on the spot. Thank you!

  Great job. They came on time, and were delicate and did a great job explaining what they were doing and fixed the issue. They also explained how to help avoid from happening again. Honest and reasonably priced.
