The hotel stay was amazing but honestly the person that made the trip worth it was Carlos. He was amazing, he helped me and my family out with our order and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Carlos! Because of you, we will definitely be back!

I loved the Gelato here! My favorite was the cookies and cream and the manager Carlos was very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long and was very satisfied with their customer service. It was the perfect place to go to after being in the hot sun all day. Definitely want to come back again.

The manager Carlos was not only helpful but also made sure our ice cream experience was very enjoyable this past weekend. The kids loved the funny jokes but loved the gelatos even more! Not only did he make a positive impact but also our food runner Cristian made us a priority at the poolside with my huge family of 20 he was constantly checking in on us to make sure if we needed anything! Therefore our overall experience was amazing and we'll definitely come back again!
