If I could give more than five stars I would. You just don’t get good customer service like this anymore. Overly pleased with product as well. Our phone call was promptly answered as well as they delivered what they said In two days of ordering it it was at our office. Highly recommended and they will continue to get our business from now own.

We used them to fix our Luminous M22 handpiece. We had used another company and after 3 failed attempts with them I reached out to these guys. Within a few hours of my inquiry I was on the phone with Mark and he had a pretty good idea what was wrong with it, which was AMAZING since the other company had no clue. They sent a tech out to Dallas (where we are located) and he was prompt and very polite. He took our handpieces back with him and within a few days they had fixed the problem. Another tech hand delivered it to us. Great service and if we have any problems with any device in the future we will be using them. Thanks guys!!

I have nothing but great things to say about victor and mark! Our practice was desperately looking for a power table to replace ours. They delivered a loaner while the one we purchased was getting reupholstered. Thank you Victor and Mark! Will be a returning customer.

Great service and great prices. I worked with Mark and it was awesome to deal with, always assisted me with any issues and even worked with me to to give us a great price. Great communication, he would text me updates as well to keep me informed. Will recommend them. They even fixed the tables and repainted one that needed it.

We cannot say enough good things about Joe and All States. We are a small non-profit who had a dinosaur of an exam table we definitely needed to replace. Joe was so kind and helped us purchase exactly what we needed and had it delivered early! We will definitely coming back to All States for all of our equipment needs.
