  Answered call immediately. Started claim process within a few days. Answered all my concerns. The leak underneath my floor was taken care of and the insurance paid all the needed repairs. She exceeded my expectation. Would highly recommended.

  My call was promptly returned, and we scheduled a meeting for her to inspect property and review policy. She discussed with me my policy limitations and concerns, and then reported the claim on my behalf. Citizens property insurance advised me that my damages were under deductible, but she scheduled a roofer inspection and invoice and submitted to insurance with her own estimate of damages. The insurance then offered 4x more money than initial offer, and I was able to fix my entire roof. I would definitely recommend. She is well aware of industry and trends.
