Very happy with NE Plumbing. One of our toilets was acting up—they sent insurance to building office within minutes of my call.

Was also able to fit us in same day to repair our toilet.

I was referred to the New England Plumbing from another plumbing company and I’m so glad they did! John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it’s been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There’s been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty.I am renting a place and the owner was willing to just buy a new water heater and New England Plumbing saved the owner a lot of money by fixing it instead of buying a new one. I’d imagine it’s more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that’s already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward.

I’ve been dealing with Patrick, and now his kids, for 3 years. An incredible honest and reliable business.
Clean work, complete check before finishing and will always provide pictures of work performed, before and after completion.

I have a condo and the association is strict on vendors paperwork. After a week dealing with several plumbers without the right papers I asked the building manager to send me someone that already was in their books. They referred me to New England Plumbing and they were a breeze. Once I spoke with Patrick, he spoke with the manager and tenant, showed up and fixed it. All of this in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them for a good, super fast and hassle-free job!
