I wanted to take the time and share a great experience I had at Dignity Memorial in Homestead Florida aka Palm Woodlawn. My father and uncle are laid to rest there. We visit them often and appreciate the peaceful well kept grounds. Recently however my uncles urn was stolen from his tombstone. Needless, to say any theft is hurtful however when it’s done to a loved ones sacred place of rest, the hurt is amplified. I reached out to the manager of the grounds to report the incident and he was very sympathetic of the situation. He told me that they haven’t experienced any such incidents in the past and he requested a few days to look into the matter. To my families surprise, John was able to located a similar marble urn from another cemetery and had it installed at no charge. He really went above and beyond to help us in this difficult time. John helped restore my faith that there is still good people out there. Thank you!
