Top teir service we have had to date thanks to Riley. I was in to transfer my phone number from a different carrier to a new phone through T-mobile and was helped every step of the way. Riley went above and beyond being patient, calling other technicians, meeting us the next day to continue the setup process and gave his card out for any additional concerns we may have in the future. I've been going to this Tmobile store for the past couple years. They are always helpful & they are very knowledgeable! I moved 20 miles away and drive past 3 other Tmobile stores to get help from the employees at this location..Today Austin helped me , Chris has helped me a few other times!
