I came into the store the first day it opened. The store open the day before the pandemic. Within this past year I'm down 10 lb. I don't come consistently but my energy is through the roof. I chose to come back because of the energy I found here with Coach IRA. I'm learning how to become a business owner and I'm excited for my journey.

What a fun, little spot!

My boyfriend and I stopped in while we were waiting for our car to be washed at a neighbouring business. We ordered the protein donuts and loved them! They were a sweet, but healthy treat.

We left feeling satisfied and excited to return.

Wow !! Visiting Miami from Massachusetts, needed my daily tea and shake. SO happy we landed at this shop. We were highly welcomed once we walked in. Stepped into an immaculately clean shop, menu on point, description of products, so many options. I would highly recommend this club!! Shake and tea were delicious!

In Miami visiting. Was determined to find a nutrition club. When I first arrived, I was totally lost however, the owner came and met me. Her energy was very high and she was very welcoming which I loved the most. She recommend the MOJITO and it was AMAZING 😍. Anytime I’m in town, I’ll be dropping by and the donuts were to die for!!! PRESENTATION WAS EVERYTHING 🔥🔥

So I came in very lost and confuse lol, the owner (IRA) was just beautiful outside and inside her energy was just amazing she lights up the place . The place is beautiful you feel so at peace she walk me through everything the right way and gave awesome advice I love how she took her time with me . You really have to come in and see and taste this shake she made me . I fell in love with her and the shake and the rest is history from this point on . Gosh words can’t express how happy I am right now if you reading this don’t think twice just get here you won’t regret it ♥️
